The Diversified Group of companies is currently involved in the development, construction and sale of a residential resort community including a golf and country club in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project, which covers more than 2.5 million square metres and 936 housing sites, is situated 40 minutes southwest of downtown Buenos Aires and includes an 18-hole championship quality golf course, a tennis centre, equestrian facilities and a five star Crowne Plaza hotel.

San Eliseo has been specifically developed to appeal to high-income families now living in Buenos Aires who want to move out of the city or desire a weekend retreat with easy access.

The project builds on Diversified’s previous success with the La Cala Golf and Country Club Resort, situated on the Costa del Sol.
